We are pleased to share your brand new dedicated Dine With Us Discount app is here for all employees!  The app is more user friendly, and you also get the chance to nominate five of your friends & family to enjoy 20% discount Monday – Thursday.

​​​​​​​Getting started – 

Follow this link to download the app through the App Store or Google Play. If you have an android phone, you can search ‘M&B Dine With Us’ in the google play store. For iOS, the app is hidden so you’ll need the link.

Once the app is downloaded, and you as the employee go into the app for the first time, click the ‘Tap here if you’re an M&B employee’ button.  The app will change colour from red to purple, and you can then click the ‘Sign up’ button to register.  You’ll need to enter your employee ID – removing the leading zeros.

Similar to the old employee discount, a valid clear photo of you (ideally head & shoulders) will need to be uploaded to complete sign up, so make sure you have one readily available as you will be prompted for it. 

To get your voucher click the 33% discount tile or select the wallet icon at the bottom of the screen. You can redeem the voucher once a day.  As soon as it’s redeemed a new code will be issued to the app wallet but won’t be valid until the following day. 

Please check you have the voucher in your app wallet and read through the voucher T&Cs before visiting one of our businesses.

How do I nominate my friends & family:

Once you’ve signed up and have access to the app you will see a tile named ‘Invite your Family & Friends’. 

Click on the + sign to start inviting your loved ones and enter their email address into the box provided. 

Your nominations will then receive an email invitation to download the Friends & Family app through the AppStore or Google Play.

Not only does the app hold your employee discount code, but you can also easily access all other Pickaperk benefits, find other news and information, discover Innkeeper’s Collection and find your local – so wherever you are, you can find the nearest M&B site.

Please see the ‘FAQs & Support’ banner on the app home screen for more information / troubleshooting in the first instance, including a ‘how to guide’.  However, if you are still experiencing problems, GMs should log any fault / query they or their teams experience with IT Helpdesk on the ServiceNow portal for them to investigate.

If any of your nominated friends & family experience any app issues, please check they are following the steps in the how to guide (on their ‘FAQ & Support’ page) and that they consult the FAQs if they are still having an issue. If they need further support they can follow the support link from the FAQs & Support page to log an issue.
